Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Handle clerical / administrative duties & specific functions such as general office maintenance, documentation and human resources functions.
- To perform all secretarial duties and administrative function.
- Typing & filing of correspondences & report, handling private and confidential matters.
- Undertake special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when necessary.

Requirements:
- Certificate / Diploma / Secretaryship or any other related fields. Working experience is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills, pleasant personality and able to interact at all levels.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work in a team and individually, under minimum supervision.
- Possess own transport
- 1 full-time position is available
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
